Life OS
An operating system for your body
The Problem
- wearables can track inaccurately or run out of battery when you need them most
- health & fitness tracking data ends up scattered across devices and platforms
- gym tracking apps aren't built to track progress on different versions of the same machine depending on the gym
- calculations often done for you based on incomplete data, without a way to override them (e.g., assumed BMR based on weight)
- tracking platforms don't allow full flexibility to create checklists for habits and routines
- without consolidated tracking and storage, there isn't consolidated analysis and visualization
My solution
- Accessibility: open the app on your phone to log data regarding nutrition, sleep, activity or routine checks
- Total personalization: configure the steps for your unique routines, adjust key data influencing calculations, hide/show and reorder KPIs for visualization, etc
- Accurate tracking for progressive overload: by introducing a "gym" layer during the logging of the exercise, multiple versions of it can coexist
- Target setting: set your own target or threshold for any KPI and check performance vs target on any time horizon
- Data intelligence: translate granular data into real information, such as sleep debt or lb loss
